 The i4301 is the new cost effective system from Rayco Wylie, this system is the successor to the W2245. Introduced specifically to the market as a cost effective solution the i4301 boasts a 4.3" colour screen, USB connectivity and full on screen calibration

It provides the flexibility and ease of use needed in everyday operations.this is most suitable for Manitou,EWP and basic crane systems alike 

 The i4000 wireless system boasts a dipole aerial for the display/controller for increased signal strength and range, 3.5” color screen, constant battery monitoring of all wireless sensors adjustable limits and even the possibility to combine wireless and wired sensors. The i4000 wireless is a fully versatile system which can be supplemented with new sensors as the system grows with your requirements. 

 These tiltmeter devices are used for indicating angle using a bent tube with either a ball or a bubble. In the ball type, the ball moves to the lowest point of the curve under the effect gravity. In the bubble type, the bent tube is inverted and the bubble will move to the highest point. Also known as a slope indicator, an angle gauge, a clinometer and a gradiometer, these devices are used in applications to warn an operator of the working angle of a machine for safety purposes - and correct operation of the inclinometer is critical. 

 A wide range of plastic screw on levels to suit applications requiring a low cost levelling device. These levels can be screwed onto a product or used free-standing. These levels are not individually set level, but rely on the accuracy of the plastic mouldings. As such when the bottom surface of the level is mated to a perfectly level surface the bubble will be central to the marking lines within a 1mm tolerance. Most types can be mounted with springs to provide some adjustment when fitting to an instrument. 

 Circular vials are generally used in applications which require dual axis measurements at an affordable price. We sell these in a wide range of sizes and sensitivities and produce many standard types as well as custom made products for OEM’s.

ELT-24 electronics come into there own when the customer wants to do more than just read the load figure. The range of options is extensive including, free software to data log up to 100 cells.

 Applications for the use of  the load monitoring shackle is anywhere a true tensile force requires monitoring. Application include, ship loading and unloading, padeye/ structure testing prior to MPI, towing, rigging, stage rigging, overhead cranes, underhook verification on any crane, load testing of cranes and structures. 

Euroload limited has developed a new range off large load shackles. Sizes from 500 to 2000 tonne. Based on the Van Beest P-6036 Heavy Duty Shackles.

Pin can be steel or fully stainless steel, Down hole strain gauged, Dual strain bridge, dual output both telemetry and cabled, screw off battery cover, stainless steel end cover, IP67 ingress protection.

Supplied c/w cabled remote readout and X meters of cable, Telemetry receiver handset and USB dongle and datalogging software. Bespoke electronic packages available.

Minimum 200 meter transition range as standard. Can be extended using radio repeaters.

The simplest solution is to fit a load pin in the compensation sheave, wedge socket or clamp on rope. A large digit display (4” or 8”) is fitted to the Trolley frame. Simply connect the pin and calibrate. 

 Applications for load monitoring pins are, sheave blocks that require monitoring, shackle pins, Wedge sockets for overhead cranes, yolk load monitoring, pad eye, towing, mooring systems, test bed load monitoring. Anywhere there is a existing pin in the single or double shear configuration.

 Running line monitors are commonly used for applications using Winches to pull objects into place, mobile and static cranes, towing on ships, Mooring systems for barges or ships. 

We have used 304 and 316 stainless steel for all the components apart from the sheave wheels which are steel. Stainless steel sheave wheels are available on request. The main feature of this new RLM is the quick release wheels and maintenance free bearings. The monitor can be fitted to the rope in minutes with no tools required.  

 Multiple mounting options are available to suit your application including prop shaft mount, eye bolts for chain mount, feet for direct mount to boom and position for fiber web slings to be attached.
